This lapsed bill would have revised the boundaries of Philadelphia’s 10 City Council districts, specifying which wards and voting divisions would be included in each district. The changes would have applied to nominations and elections for Councilmembers whose terms began in January 2004 or later, without changing the then-serving Councilmembers or the existing Council.
