This enacted ordinance changes the zoning designations for certain parcels in an area generally bounded by Parkside Avenue, Fiftieth Street, a railroad right-of-way, and Fifty-first Street. It provides that the ordinance will not become effective unless $200 is paid into the City Treasury within 60 days after approval.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area generally bounded by Parkside avenue, Fiftieth street, a Railroad ROW and Fifty-first street.
