This enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan to add portions of Marvine Street, Ogden Street, and Ogden Place, including a dead-end turnaround. The changes require the affected property owner or owners to meet legal and financial conditions, including dedicating the street beds to the City at no cost and free of liens or other claims.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 58 by placing on the City Plan Marvine street from Brown street to Parrish street, Ogden street from Tenth street to Eleventh street and Ogden place from Tenth street eastwardly to a dead end turnaround, under certain terms and conditions including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the beds of Marvine street, Ogden street and Ogden place.
