This enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan for Brinton Street and Clearview Street, including adding a section of Brinton Street ending in a turnaround and relocating part of Clearview Street. The property owner or other party involved must dedicate the affected street beds to the City at no cost, provide agreements protecting the City from related claims, and pay specified costs and fees.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 204 by placing on the City Plan Brinton street from Clearview street to a dead end turnaround northeastwardly therefrom and by relocating a portion of Clearview street from Johnson street to a dead end southeastwardly therefrom, all under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the beds of Brinton street and Clearview street.
