This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove Bonsall Street, Summer Street, and the westernmost 10-foot portion of Twenty-third Street from the City Plan and vacate those portions near Race Street and the Vine Street Extension (I-676). The affected property owner or other party in interest must meet conditions including indemnifying the City, paying certain costs, and arranging and bonding for necessary changes to sidewalks, utilities, street equipment, and other public facilities.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 307 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Bonsall street from Race street northwardly to the Vine Street Extension (I-676) more or less, by striking from the City Plan and vacating the westernmost ten (10) foot wide portion of Twenty-third street from Race street to the Vine Street Extension (I-676) more or less and by striking from the City Plan Summer street from Bonsall street northwestwardly to the Vine Street Extension (I-676) more or less, all under certain terms and conditions.
