The enacted ordinance authorizes removing and vacating Bambrey Street from Morris Street to Moore Street from the City Plan. It reserves a 40-foot-wide right-of-way within that area for drainage, water mains, and gas mains, and requires affected property owners or other interested parties to provide agreements, bonds, utility adjustments, and related costs under specified conditions.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 23-S by striking from the City Plan and vacating Bambrey street from Morris street to Moore street and by reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for drainage purposes, water main purposes and gas main purposes within the lines of Bambrey street being stricken from the City Plan and vacated under authority of this Ordinance, under certain terms and conditions.
