This enacted ordinance authorizes the Streets Department’s Board of Surveyors to relocate part of Canton Street from Leverington Avenue to a point about 200 feet northwest, revising the City Plan to better match existing physical conditions. The change requires affidavits showing public use to be filed within one year, and the city’s usual minimum street-width rule will not apply to this portion of Canton Street.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 231 by relocating certain portions of Canton street from Leverington avenue northwestwardly to a point approximately two hundred (200) feet northwestwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions.
