This enacted ordinance amended Philadelphia’s Emergency Nuisance Abatement Program by adding properties in the 25th, 31st, and 45th Wards to the areas eligible for the program. It also made technical changes to the City Code, including reserving those wards from a separate list applying to vacant lots only.

Amending Section PM-309.0 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Emergency Nuisance Abatement Program," by adding the Twenty-fifth, Thirty-first and Forty-fifth Wards to the designated area in which properties must be located in order to be eligible for participation in the emergency nuisance abatement program, and by making certain technical amendments, all under certain terms and conditions.
