This enacted ordinance authorizes widening Olive Street from Fourth Street to a point about 51 feet west, by moving the northern property and curb lines about 11 feet north. The affected property owner or other party in interest must dedicate the widened area to the City and cover or arrange required changes to sidewalks, utilities, street equipment, and related infrastructure, subject to specified agreements and bonds.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 271 by widening a portion of Olive street from Fourth street to a point approximately fifty-one (51) feet westwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions including the dedication to the City, free and clear of encumbrances, of the widened portion of Olive street.
