The enacted ordinance removes permitted vending locations on parts of Seventeenth Street, John F. Kennedy Boulevard, and Eighteenth Street in Center City. It affects vendors who operate or seek to operate at those locations, while leaving other listed vending locations in place.

Amending the Ordinance approved January 3, 1992 (Bill No. 1205-AA), which, pursuant to subsection 9-204(8)(a) of The Philadelphia Code, designates the locations in Center City at which vending is permitted, by deleting all permitted vendor locations on the West side of Seventeenth street between Arch street and John F. Kennedy boulevard, on the North side of John F. Kennedy boulevard between Seventeenth street and Eighteenth street, and the East side of Eighteenth street between Arch street and John F. Kennedy boulevard, all under certain terms and conditions.
