This enacted ordinance authorizes 801 Market Street Holdings, L.L.C., the owner of 801 Market Street, to construct, own, and maintain four concrete planters and three steel bollards on the west footway of Eighth Street next to the property. The owner must obtain required permits and approvals, enter into an agreement with the City, provide a bond and insurance, and remove the planters and bollards within 60 days if the City lawfully requires it.

Authorizing 801 Market Street Holdings, L.L.C., owners of the property 801 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107 to construct, own and maintain four concrete planters and three steel pipe bollards on the west footway of Eighth street adjacent to the property 801 Market street, all under certain terms and conditions.
