Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 119 by placing on the City Plan Marvine street from Poplar street to Harper street, Cambridge street from Percy street to Eleventh street and George street from Percy street to Tenth street; by widening Percy street four feet, six inches (4'-6") on the westerly side between Poplar street and Harper street and striking from the City Plan and abandoning two (2) rights-of-way for drainage purposes, under certain terms and conditions including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the beds of Marvine street, Cambridge street, George street and the widened portion of Percy street.
