This enacted bill authorizes Project H.O.M.E., the owner of 1922–1942 Judson Street, to build and maintain a metal marquee with an illuminated sign attached to the building and extending over the west sidewalk on Judson Street. The project must receive all required permits and approvals and meet conditions including insurance, a bond, size limits, and removal if lawfully ordered by the City.

Authorizing Project H.O.M.E., 1515 Fairmount Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19130, owner of the property 1922-1942 Judson Street, Philadelphia, PA 19121, to construct and maintain a metal marquee with electrified icon letter sign attached to the building and projecting over the west footway of Judson street, all under certain terms and conditions.
