This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to arrange and contract for paving specified sections of Douglas, Natrona, Thirty-second, Napa, Thirty-first, Corlies, Thirtieth, Hollywood, Fernon, Morris, Moore, and Mifflin Streets. It also allows the party with an interest in the work to pay for the paving directly under an agreement and bond, subject to City requirements and other listed conditions.
