This enacted ordinance authorizes Brinker International, doing business as Maggiano’s, to build and maintain a canopy, revolving door, lights, awnings, and a removable railing that extend onto or over the sidewalks along Filbert and Twelfth Streets near 1201–1239 Filbert Street. The authorization requires permits and a City agreement with conditions including a bond, insurance, and removal of the encroachments within 60 days after lawful notice; it also revokes the company’s 2001 authorization for encroachments at the property.

Authorizing Brinker International, Inc., d/b/a Maggiano's, a tenant of the property 1201-1239 Filbert Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107, to construct and maintain various encroachments projecting onto and over the north footway of Filbert street and the west footway of Twelfth street, all under certain terms and conditions.
