This enacted ordinance grants Pigalle LLC, operating as Pigalle Restaurant at 702-704 North Second Street, permission to operate a sidewalk cafe with three tables extending about two feet onto the west sidewalk, while leaving about eight feet unobstructed. The restaurant must obtain required permits and approvals, enter into an agreement with the City, meet insurance and other conditions, and pay $200 into the City Treasury.

Granting permission to Pigalle LLC, t/a Pigalle Restaurant located at 702-704 North Second Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123, to operate and maintain an open air sidewalk cafe on the west footway of North Second street adjacent to 702-704 North Second street, under certain terms and conditions.
