This enacted ordinance authorizes the Holy Name of Jesus Parish, which owns 700–712 East Gaul Street, to build and maintain a retaining wall, fence, landscaped area, and religious shrine on part of the south footway next to the property. The structure may extend up to about 3 feet 4 inches into the footway while leaving at least 8 feet 8 inches clear, and the parish must obtain required approvals, provide a bond and insurance, and remove it within 60 days if lawfully ordered by the City.

Authorizing the Holy Name of Jesus Parish, owner of the property 700-712 East Gaul Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19125, to construct, own and maintain a retaining wall with a mounted fence and landscaped area on and over the south footway of East Gaul street adjacent to the property, all under certain terms and conditions.
