This enacted ordinance allows Redhouse Bagels and Deli, LLC, at 2501 Olive Street, to operate an open-air sidewalk cafe with seven tables on North Twenty-fifth Street and one table on Olive Street. The cafe must stay within specified sidewalk areas and the business must obtain required permits, provide insurance and a bond, meet other city conditions, and remove the cafe within 30 days if lawfully directed by the Streets Department.

Granting permission to Redhouse Bagels and Deli, LLC, tenant of the property 2501 Olive Street, Philadelphia, PA 19130, to operate and maintain an open air sidewalk cafe on the west footway of North Twenty-fifth street and the south footway of Olive street adjacent to the property 2501 Olive street, under certain terms and conditions.
