This enacted ordinance grants 18th & Walnut News, Inc. permission to install and maintain electrical and telephone conduits under the east sidewalk of Eighteenth Street to serve its newsstand at Eighteenth and Walnut Streets. The company must obtain required permits and approvals, enter into an agreement with the City, maintain a clear sidewalk, and cover required bonding, insurance, utility, and sidewalk restoration costs.

Granting permission to 18th & Walnut News, Inc., owner of the newsstand at the northeast corner of Eighteenth street and Walnut street, to construct, use and maintain an electrical conduit with an electrical service line and a telecommunications conduit with a telephone service line in and under the east footway of Eighteenth street for the purpose of supplying electrical service and telephone service to the newsstand, under certain terms and conditions.
