This enacted ordinance authorizes PECO Energy Company to construct, own, and maintain 14 concrete planters—seven along Market Street and seven along John F. Kennedy Boulevard next to 2301 Market Street. PECO must obtain required permits and approvals, enter into an agreement with the City, provide bonding and insurance, and remove the planters within 60 days if the City gives lawful notice.

Authorizing PECO Energy Company to construct, own, and maintain 7 concrete planters on the north footway of Market street and 7 concrete planters on the south footway of John F. Kennedy boulevard adjacent to the property 2301 Market street, all under certain terms and conditions.
