The enacted ordinance authorizes G2S2 Associates, L.P., owner of 1605-1627 Sansom Street, to build and maintain an addition extending four feet over the north sidewalk of the 1600 block of Sansom Street, with 17 feet of clearance above the sidewalk and extending up to 83 feet high. The owner must obtain all required approvals, enter into an agreement with the City, provide a bond and insurance, and remove the encroachment if lawfully required; the authorization expires if these requirements are not met within one year.

Authorizing G2S2 Associates, L.P., owner of the property 1605-1627 Sansom Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103, to construct and maintain a building encroachment over and above the north footway of the 1600 block of Sansom street adjacent to the property 1605-1627 Sansom street; all under certain terms and conditions.
