This enacted bill authorizes the City to add Mt. Vernon Street from Tenth Street to a point about 90 feet southeast to the official City Plan, extending it to Percy Street. The change is subject to conditions, including dedicating the street bed to the City at no cost and free of claims or liens, submitting agreements protecting the City from damages, paying hearing-advertising costs, and paying $200 into the City Treasury.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 58 by placing on the City Plan Mt. Vernon street from Tenth street to a point approximately ninety (90) feet southeastwardly, under certain terms and conditions including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the bed of that portion of Mt. Vernon street.
