This enacted ordinance revises the City Plan by vacating Hancock Street between Pollard Street and Germantown Avenue and reserving a right-of-way there for drainage, water main, and gas main purposes. Property owners or other parties affected must meet conditions including agreements protecting the City from claims, making needed changes to public infrastructure, granting utility access, posting a bond, and reimbursing the City for the street bed’s appraised value.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 271 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Hancock street from Pollard street to Germantown avenue, and by reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for drainage purposes, water main purposes and gas main purposes, under certain terms and conditions.
