This enacted ordinance authorizes the Federal Reserve Bank, which owns Ten Independence Mall West, to build, own, and maintain concrete planters, fixed bollards, and removable bollards on nearby sidewalks along Independence Mall West, Arch Street, and Seventh Street. Before doing so, the bank must obtain required permits and approvals, enter into an agreement with the City, provide a bond and insurance, and remove the installations within 60 days if the City lawfully requires it.

Authorizing the Federal Reserve Bank to construct, own, and maintain concrete planters, bollards and removable bollards on the west footway of Independence Mall West, north footway of Arch street and the east footway of Seventh street adjacent to the property Ten Independence Mall West, all under certain terms and conditions.
