This enacted ordinance authorizes Borders Bookstore, a tenant at One South Broad Street, to construct, own, and maintain six rigid awnings extending over the public sidewalks along Broad Street and Chestnut Street. The bookstore must obtain required permits and approvals, meet insurance and bonding requirements, protect the City from claims, and remove the awnings within 60 days if the City lawfully directs it to do so.

Authorizing Borders Bookstore, a tenant of the property One South Broad Street to construct, own and maintain six rigid awnings projecting from the building One South Broad Street and over the east footway of Broad street and the north footway of Chestnut street, all under certain terms and conditions.
