Approving the thirteenth amendment of the redevelopment proposal for the South Central Urban Renewal Area, being the area beginning at the intersection of the southerly side of Washington avenue projected and the easterly side of Delaware avenue, including the thirteenth amendment to the urban renewal plan and the twelfth amendment to the relocation plan, which provides, inter alia, for the additional land acquisition of approximately twenty-four (24) properties for residential and related uses; the provision of certain relocation services, as required by law; a change of the land use and related controls for the north side of Washington avenue between South Chadwick street and South Nineteenth street from residential and related to commercial and related uses and declaring that condemnation is not imminent with respect to the Project.
