This enacted ordinance authorizes $49,306,888 in Fiscal Year 2002 General Fund appropriations to be transferred among City departments, offices, boards, commissions, the District Attorney, the Sheriff, the City Commissioners, and the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania. The transfers move funding between categories such as personnel, services, equipment, employee benefits, and debt service without changing the total amount appropriated.
