This enacted ordinance amended Philadelphia’s list of banks and other institutions authorized to hold City funds, removing institutions identified as not complying with the City Code’s requirements. It also provided that a bank or institution could not be added back to the list or newly added until it complied with those requirements, effective July 1, 2003.

Amending Chapter 19-200 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "City Funds - Deposits, Investments, Disbursements," by revising the list of City depositories because of non-compliance with certain provisions of that Chapter, under certain terms and conditions.
