The enacted ordinance authorized the Director of Finance to transfer $14.5 million in Fiscal Year 2003 Grants Revenue Fund appropriations from the Department of Licenses and Inspections. The funds were allocated to the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development ($10 million), the Director of Finance ($2.41 million), and the Mayor’s Office of Information Services ($2.1 million).
