Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 317 and 319 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally opened portions of Borbeck avenue from Algon avenue to Pennway street and reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for gas main purposes, under certain terms and conditions.
