The enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Board of Surveyors to vacate a specified approximately 866-foot portion of Sheaff Lane, located south of Penrose Avenue, if stated conditions are met. Property owners or other interested parties must provide agreements protecting the City from related damage claims, and $200 must be paid into the City Treasury within 60 days of approval.
Authorizing the vacating of a portion of Sheaff lane, from a point approximately one thousand five hundred and fifty-three (1553) feet south of Penrose avenue to a point approximately eight hundred and sixty-six (866) feet southwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions.
