This enacted law exempts owners and tenants of properties on both sides of Girard Avenue between Frankford and Susquehanna avenues from the city’s sidewalk-sales rules, including the sidewalk-vending license requirement. Their sidewalk sales must be connected to the adjacent business, stay within 40 inches of the building, leave at least five feet of clear sidewalk, offer goods similar to those sold inside, and display items in a single layer.

Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by exempting sidewalk sales by owners and tenants of properties on both sides of Girard avenue between Frankford and Susquehanna avenues, and by permitting such activity under certain terms and conditions.
