The enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove from City Plan No. 97 and abandon the northernmost 70 feet of a drainage right-of-way within the former Jessup Street, north of Ellsworth Street and west of Eleventh Street. The affected property owner or other party in interest must release and indemnify the City, pay certain costs, and cover any required changes to nearby water, sewer, drainage, and other City facilities.

Authorizing the striking from City Plan No. 97 and abandoning of a portion of a certain right-of-way for drainage purposes lying within the lines of former Jessup street, under certain terms and conditions.
