The enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove from the official City Plan and vacate the legally opened portions of Bermuda Street between Adams Avenue and Church Street. The property owner or other party involved must meet conditions, including releasing or indemnifying the City from claims, paying hearing and infrastructure costs, and paying $200 toward the ordinance’s costs.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 55 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally opened portions of Bermuda street from Adams avenue to Church street, under certain terms and conditions.
