The enacted ordinance authorizes David Dinh, the owner of 932 Washington Avenue, to build and maintain a one-story vestibule addition on the Washington Avenue sidewalk and a dumpster enclosure on the Tenth Street sidewalk next to the property. The authorization is subject to required permits, a City agreement, insurance and other conditions; the structures must be removed within 60 days if the City gives lawful notice, and the authorization expires if the agreement requirements are not completed within one year.

Authorizing David Dinh, 1122 South Tenth Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147 to construct, own, and maintain a one story vestibule addition on the south footway of Washington avenue and a dumpster enclosure on the east footway of Tenth street adjacent to the property 932 Washington avenue, all under certain terms and conditions.
