This enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia to acquire a specific parcel on the south side of Bartram Avenue for use by Philadelphia International Airport. The City may obtain the property through negotiation, a property swap, or condemnation, with the Director of Commerce and Commissioner of Public Property authorized to carry out the acquisition.

Authorizing real estate transactions necessary to permit the City of Philadelphia to acquire property needed for use by the Philadelphia International Airport; in particular, authorizing the Director of Commerce and the Commissioner of Public Property to acquire, by amicable negotiation, swap or by condemnation, any and all interests in a certain parcel of property located on the south side of Bartram avenue within the limits of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
