This enacted ordinance changes the zoning designations for certain properties in the area bounded by Sixth Street, Randolph Street, Fitzwater Street, and East Passyunk Avenue. It also changes properties fronting East Passyunk Avenue between Fitzwater Street and Catharine Street to R-10A residential zoning.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Sixth street, Randolph street, Fitzwater street and East Passyunk avenue.
