This enacted measure expands the area where sidewalk sales are prohibited on both sides of Comly Road, extending the restriction from Caroline Road to Roosevelt Boulevard. It affects people and vendors who display, offer, or sell goods on the sidewalks in that area.

Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by revising and expanding an existing area in which sidewalk sales are prohibited so as to prohibit sidewalk sales on both sides of Comly road, as extended from Caroline road to Roosevelt boulevard, all under certain terms and conditions.
