The enacted ordinance provides for removing the listed Brewerytown Development properties from Philadelphia’s Keystone Opportunity Zone, but only after the property owners and other parties with known interests apply for and consent to the removal and the Commonwealth approves it. For any approved portion, the zone’s tax exemptions, deductions, abatements, and credits would end for benefits accruing after the approval date, supporting mixed-use development that may include housing.

Removing the Properties known generally as the Brewerytown Development from the Philadelphia Keystone Opportunity Zone, subject to the request and consent of the owners of said Properties, under certain terms and conditions.
