The amendment allows acquisition of one additional property for residential and related uses and provides relocation services for people or businesses displaced by the project; it states that condemnation is not imminent and depends on available public funds.

Approving the tenth amendment of the redevelopment proposal for the Whitman Urban Renewal Area, being the area beginning at a point of intersection of the northerly side of Snyder avenue and the easterly side of Front street, including the tenth amendment to the urban renewal plan and the amended relocation plan, which provides, inter alia, for the additional land acquisition of one (1) property for residential and related uses; the provision of certain relocation services, as required by law and declaring that condemnation is not imminent with respect to the Project.
