The enacted ordinance authorizes removing and vacating Salter Street between Third Street and Orianna Street from the City Plan. It reserves a right-of-way there for gas mains and other public utilities and requires the affected property owner or other responsible party to provide agreements, bonds, payments, and any needed changes to nearby street and utility infrastructure.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 238 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Salter street from Third street to Orianna street and by reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for gas main purposes and public utility purposes within the lines of Salter street being stricken from the City Plan and vacated under authority of this Ordinance, under certain terms and conditions.
