This enacted ordinance authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to acquire about five acres of land at the northwest corner of 4601 Market Street from the Urban Education Development Research and Retreat Center, Inc. The City Solicitor may review and approve the documents and terms needed to complete the acquisition.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire from the Urban Education Development Research and Retreat Center, Inc., fee simple title to, and all other real property interests in, approximately 5 acres of real estate within the property known as 4601 Market Street, under certain terms and conditions.
