This enacted ordinance authorizes the Philadelphia Phillies, its successors, and assigns to construct, own, and maintain 55 street light poles, 27 pedestrian light poles, and underground electrical and communications conduits near Pattison Avenue, Darien Street, and Hartranft Street beside the new ballpark. The Phillies must obtain required permits, enter into an agreement with the City, cover related costs and insurance requirements, and remove the facilities and restore the affected streets if the City gives notice for a municipal construction project.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Phillies, Broad Street and Pattison Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19148, its successors and assigns, to construct, own and maintain a total of fifty-five (55) street light poles with luminaires, twenty-seven (27) pedestrian light poles with luminaires, underground electrical service conduit, underground electrical and communication ductbanks in the vicinity of Pattison Avenue, Darien Street, and Hartranft Street adjacent to the new ballpark.
