The enacted ordinance allows Popi's Enterprises, Ltd. at 3120–3132 South Twentieth Street to construct, use, and maintain an entrance addition, roof features, awnings, a canopy, pedestrian lights, and underground electrical conduit that extend onto, over, or under the west sidewalk of South Twentieth Street. The company must obtain required permits, enter into an agreement with the City, provide insurance and a bond, pay $200 into the City Treasury, and remove the structures if lawfully directed by the Streets Department.

Granting permission to Popi's Enterprises, Ltd. located at 3120 - 3132 South Twentieth Street, Philadelphia, PA 19145, to construct, use and maintain a building encroachment, entrance addition, north and south roof embellishments, rigid fabric awnings, canopy, pedestrian lights and underground electrical conduit on, under and over the west footway of South Twentieth Street, under certain terms and conditions.
