This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove Oakford Street from the City Plan and vacate the section from Thirtieth Street to Thirty-first Street. The affected property owner or other responsible party must meet conditions, including protecting the City from damage claims, paying certain costs, and arranging and paying for needed changes or removal of street, utility, lighting, and other public infrastructure.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 17-S by striking from the City Plan and vacating Oakford Street from Thirtieth Street to Thirty-first Street, under certain terms and conditions.
