Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire from the Consolidated Rail Corporation all of its right, title and interest, if any, in and to certain real property comprised of parcels of real estate, also known as part of the Kensington & Tacony Industrial Track; and to acquire from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, acting by and through the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, all of its right, title and interest, if any, in and to certain parcels of real estate known as the Frankford Arsenal Boat Ramp property and the Tacony Boat Ramp properties; all under certain terms and conditions.
