This enacted ordinance authorizes Trigen-Philadelphia Energy Corporation, or its successors and assigns, to build, own, and maintain an underground chilled-water distribution system from its Edison Plant at 908 Sansom Street to four Thomas Jefferson University Hospital buildings. The system would run beneath portions of Sansom and South Tenth Streets and would be subject to required permits, city agreements, insurance or financial protections, and conditions for removal and street restoration if needed for a city construction project.

Authorizing Trigen-Philadelphia Energy Corporation, 2600 Christian Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146, its successors and assigns, to construct, own and maintain an underground chilled water distribution system from their central chiller, originating from Trigen's Edison Plant located at 908 Sansom Street to four (4) buildings owned by Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, under certain terms and conditions.
