This enacted ordinance expands the properties covered by the South Street/Headhouse Square Special Services District zoning controls. The controls now apply to properties on specified portions of Kenilworth, Bainbridge, 4th, 5th, and Randolph Streets, as well as properties shown on the district maps; the ordinance took effect immediately.
Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code relating to "Zoning and Planning," by amending Section 14-1612 entitled "South Street/HeadHouse Square Special Services District Controls," by extending the said controls to conform with City Council Ordinance (Bill No. 010069, approved June 14, 2001), under certain terms and conditions.
