This enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan that remove and vacate portions of Norfolk Street and Beck Street between Swanson Street and the Delaware Expressway (I-95), along with an unnamed street connecting them. The property owner or other responsible party must meet conditions including releasing and indemnifying the City, paying certain costs, and covering any required changes or removal of street and utility equipment.

Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 238 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Norfolk Street and Beck Street from Swanson Street to the right-of-way line of the Delaware Expressway (I-95) more or less and striking from the City Plan and vacating a certain unnamed street which connects Norfolk Street and Beck Street, under certain terms and conditions.
