This enacted bill amends Philadelphia’s sidewalk-sales rules to prohibit vendors from displaying, offering, or selling goods, or leaving a stand, on both sides of the 5400–5500 blocks of Chester Avenue and the 1500–1600 blocks of South 54th Street. It affects sidewalk vendors and other people selling goods in those specified areas.

Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting sidewalk vending on portions of Chester Avenue and South 54th Street.
